Common questions

I'm a parent. How do I see my kid's swings?

Ask the coach who runs the cage for your hitter's six-character link code. Sign in to the app as a parent, enter the code, and the hitter's sessions appear. Numbers show right away. Video and reels show after you approve video for that hitter in the app.

Why can I see numbers but not video?

Video of a hitter under 18 is held back until a guardian approves it. Open the hitter, tap the video prompt, and approve. You can change your mind later.

How do I make or share a reel?

Open a swing, tap Share. The phone builds the reel (the swing at half speed over the ball flight with the numbers), saves it to Photos, and gives you a link. The link shows the hitter's first name only and expires after 30 days.

The numbers look wrong.

Tell us the date, the time and the cage. The unit keeps the raw swing so we can look.

How do I delete my account or my kid's video?

Your account: Settings, then Delete Account. It is immediate. A hitter's video or profile: email us from the guardian's or coach's account and we act within 30 days, sooner for video.

I'm a coach. The app can't find the bar.

Be on the cage's Wi-Fi, give the app local network permission when iOS asks, and check the unit's light is on. The How-to inside the app walks through setup.
